Livessence Society Annual General Meeting

April 30 2011 held at de Bakkers Restaurant

Present Tina Siddiqui, Kate Carr, Airaca Haver, Jean Langergraber, Pat Higgins, Melanie new member, Sandra Bradshaw, Brian new member, Jaine Buse, Tina Schnellert , Lauri Copeman, Julia Trops, Sandra Windsor, Kristine Sloan, Ralf Rohrlack

Start 1230 pm

1, Tina requested a moment of silence for Elizabeth Hodgkinson introduced Executive.

2. Tina talked about grids at the RCA. Amy is the gridmaster.

3. Sandra Bradshaw talked about the Experiential Anatomy two day workshop she will be presenting in the fall 2011. Sandra said it would be ideal if the models could participate.

4. Hosts Brian, Pat, Jean  and Airaca will be hosts for the drawing sessions.

5. Brian will take care of bank deposits.

6. Kristine Sloan will take care of the Livessence Boulevard. Julia will contact Dianne re: Livessence hallway artwork cards.

7. Drawing sessions report presented.

8. Jaine Buse will be secretary.

9. Discussion centred around a gallery request resulted in Livessence deciding to pursue CRA non profit charity status.

10. Adjourned 145 pm.

Comments regarding having lunch and an agm combined were very positive.
