Livessence is back with our regular Saturday drawing sessions starting September 19 – sessions will run 10AM-12:30PM in the Drawing Room at the Rotary Centre for the Arts. Check out the calendar on our website for more information.
NEW FEE STRUCTURE
Starting on Sept 19 Livessence will be changing our fee structure. We love running our drawing sessions and will continue to do so even during times where we struggle to break even financially. Although the RCA has worked with us to keep our rent as low as possible, we have been told to expect to see a rent increase this coming year. Due to this, the board has approved a rate increase of $5 for our drop in fees and $10 for our annual membership. Please see below for the new structure:
- Membership Fee (Annual Sept-June) $45.00
- Member Weekly Fee $15.00
- Non-Member Weekly Fee $20.00
- Student Weekly Fee (18+) $15.00
This year we are also adding a new “Student Rate” – this new rate is specifically for students attending college and university programs (ages 18+) to encourage students to engage in life drawing outside of the classroom.
I hope that you all have had a lovely summer off and I look forward to the start of a new year of art in September! See you then!
– Jessica Logie, Livessence Coordinator
